CSG Hockey announces ownership transition;
Zac Guercia to lead next chapter
CONCORD, N.H. — CSG Hockey has announced a transition in ownership as longtime owner David Palisi sells the business to Zac Guercia, a familiar presence within the business and local hockey community.
Guercia has most recently served as the store’s general manager since September 2023. He has worked with CSG Hockey on and off since 2003 and has been a consistent presence for customers throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
He brings more than 15 years of professional hockey experience to the role, having served as a Head Equipment Manager in the ECHL and AHL. His experience includes time with the Manchester Monarchs and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Guercia said he looks forward to blending his professional experience with CSG Hockey’s established local identity.
“This store has always been about relationships and service,” Guercia said. “I’m proud to continue what Dave built and bring my professional experience back to the community that supported me.”
CSG Hockey traces its roots to Everett Arena in Concord before relocating across Loudon Road and eventually expanding to its current locations at 276 North State Street in Concord and a Rink Store inside Hooksett’s Delta Dental Arena. Throughout its growth, the business has maintained a focus on providing a hometown experience for all customers traveling from across New England.
Palisi said the transition keeps the store’s leadership within the CSG family.
“Zac understands our customers and what makes this store special,” Palisi said. “He has been a part of CSG for many years, and I’m confident in the future of the business under his leadership.”
CSG Hockey will remain locally owned. Guercia said customers can expect continued emphasis on personalized service and equipment expertise.
